Entire house to yourself. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Fully functional kitchen and a coffee maker. Nice screened in back porch. Wifi and Directv. Convenient to Quantico MCB (8 miles), 40 miles south of Washington DC and 10 Miles North of Historic Fredericksburg, Va. Sorry, but we are FIRM on "No Pets" (including anyone who may come to visit you while your in the home.) This house is surprisingly spacious. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a kichen dining area. Screened in back porch, living room and a large bonus room. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE..... THE ROAD I LIVE OFF OF IS A ONE WAY. WHEN YOU LEAVE THE DRIVEWAY YOU MUST TURN RIGHT. IF YOU PASS THE DRIVEWAY YOU WILL HAVE TO GO AROUND AGAIN. PLEASE PASS INFO TO ANYONE VISITING YOU DURING YOUR STAY. The guest have access to all of the house with the exception of one hall closet. My cell is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). You can call or text with any questions. The neighborhood is made up of 5 homes. Two of which are listed on Airbnb. The other homes are occupied by me and my family members. I LIVE DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR TO THIS RENTAL. We have chickens on the property (they are located in a enclosed run) so you may hear the faint sounds of Roosters crowing. The house is directly off of Rt 1 / Jefferson Davis hwy in a ONEWAY only section. Traffic will be heavy EVERY DAY. Especially if I95 is backed up. **** The home is directly on US Rt. 1. which is a main travel artery. Rt.1 runs the entire length of the east coast from Maine to Florida and parallels I95. US Rt. 1 is used as a alternative route therefore, whenever there is an incident on Interstate I95 travelers are redirected to US Rt. 1. Unfortunately, this causes traffic in front of the house because it was not designed to handle that kind of traffic. For the out of townees...please keep in mind that if you are traveling anywhere within 50 mile radius of Washington DC expect heavy traffic. Our area has made the top 5 list of worst traffic in the USA. There is heavy traffic everyday.
