UNIT #1 - MONTGOMERY CENTER - PET FRIENDLY

We are empty-nesters and purchased this home as our retirement home. It is located on the banks of the Trout River in Montgomery Center and has been lovingly renovated from top to bottom. In the summertime, when the water is at its lowest, you can relax and frolic in the refreshing cool waters of the Trout River; just around the river bend is a deeper swimming hole for you, the kids, or the dog! In the evening, you can relax in your Adirondack chairs beside the babbling river. There is a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All towels and bedding are furnished along with the basic kitchen necessities. Our little house on the river is just a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) to all the town amenities such as: grocery store with huge liquor and wine selection, nightclub, restaurants, post office, bike shop (they also rent out snowmobiles in the winter), ATM, churches. We are also located right on the VAST (Vermont Association of Snow Travelers) trail.
