Great location for local Lake Erie beaches, fishing and wineries. Outdoor lovers will enjoy The Dunkirk Pier, Point Gratiot, Wright Park Beach, Van Buren Bay, and Canadaway Creek, and The Barker Common Park. Walking distance to Fredonia State, 30 minutes to Chautauqua, an hours drive to Erie PA, Buffalo NY or Niagara Falls. The kitchen comes with general utensils, glasses, dishes, and cooking ware. The living space has a beautiful Flexsteel curved sectional sofa in the bay window and another sofa sleeper by the fireplace. The dining space chairs and can comfortably host daily meals with an antique desk in the bedroom for those that want to get some work done. Both the bedroom and living room have beautiful bay windows The apartment comes with a white comforter, sheets, pillows, toilet paper, tissues, soap and shampoo. The kitchen comes with general utensils, glasses, dishes, and cooking ware. There is an air conditioning unit in the window to keep things comfortable and (Wifi after June 5th). The back patio, front porch, and backyard are available to you to use. There is plenty of parking in the back of the house. The code to the lock box will be given closer to the date of arrival.
