Custom designed by an award-winning architect, this beautiful new beach cottage is located along scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, just a 3-5 minute walk to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the magnificent Emerald Gulf Coast. It is the perfect paradise for fun and relaxation with family and friends. If you and the kids don’t feel like going to the beach, you can relax at 2 lovely community pools. For your personal enjoyment, we have bicycles so you can take leisurely rides to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Watersound, Rosemary Beach, or you can simply explore several of the nearby state parks. And if you like tennis, there are 2 community tennis courts. We have 2 tennis rackets available for your use. This ecologically designed house features 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 8 people. The bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen HDTV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a private screened-in porch overlooking a nature reserve. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and flat screen HDTV. There are 3 sets of bunk beds on the second floor: a bunk room with 2 sets of built-in bunk beds and built-in storage to keep up with everyone’s belongings. There is also a bunk alcove that sleeps 2 additional people. There is a full bathroom (with bathtub) as well as an extra sink alcove so several people can wash up at the same time. The second floor also features a sitting loft that overlooks the 2-story living room for quiet reflection, reading, writing or even an afternoon nap. The living room features a 55” flat screen HDTV with custom-designed reclaimed barn wood surround. Connect to the Onkyo receiver and the built-in speaker system to listen to Pandora or your favorite playlists. The full size kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, granite countertops, maple cabinets and a full range of appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and microwave. On the front porch, enjoy the comfortable rocking chairs and porch swing as you unwind from another relaxing day in paradise. The private screened-in rear porch overlooks a beautiful nature preserve and walking paths that lead to a lovely pond and picnic area. Bring your sunscreen, beach towels, flip flops and your favorite beverages. Relax, unwind and enjoy your stay! Other amenities include: Built-in barbeque grill for those who like to cook out. Picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining. Outdoor shower. Washer/Dryer. Free Wireless Internet access if you feel compelled to do work (let’s hope not!) Cable TV, but if you rather watch a movie of your choice, the TV in the living room features a DVD/Blue Ray player. We have several DVD's available for your enjoyment. No smoking. No pets.
