Enjoy this plush and peaceful, newly furnished, home away from home. This home is highly secured with an updated alarm system for your protection. There are visible cameras in the common areas (Door bell, Basement, Kitchen, Front room) for your protection. There are NO cameras in the bedrooms nor the bathrooms out of respect and privacy for our guest. Do not touch or cover camera at any time. If cameras make you feel uncomfortable this may not be the home for you. No smoking 🚭 ...... will be charged a $300 fee. We work hard to make sure that our homes are Odorless, if there are strong odors that will prohibit us From renting out to the next guess, there will be an additional $300 fee as well. This priory is priced for two people, anyone of any age above two people will be an additional $75 per person per night. If you are a smoker please do not smoke on the front porch. Please feel free to smoke in the back yard. Guess has access to the entire home except the 2 closet doors that are locked. My guest can always feel free to contact me. Very safe area. The police station is walking distance. 15 minutes away from Midway Airport. A 7-minute Uber ride from the Metra that will take you directly downtown. Location is moments away from Evergreen Plaza, restaurants, Walmart, and much more. Feel free to Uber, take the Metra or walk around to local stores and Restaurants.
