Lovely private architecturally designed spacious home set on over 5 acres with a pond and beautiful mountain view. 2285 sq ft home, 4 bedrooms, 3 fully modernized bathrooms, custom-designed kitchen, dining area, living room with 75” TV, and 2 family rooms. Sleeps up to 8 people, includes 3 king beds, 2 twin beds. Linens provided, washer dryer in house. Wifi and cable TV. This is a non smoking/non pet property. Resort amenities include clubhouse with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, health club, squash court, tennis courts and private dining facilities. Winter events: snowshoeing, downhill skiing with quad high speed lift (3 minute ride to local mountain, 50-60 minutes to Okemo and Killington, 21 minutes to Suicide Six), paddle tennis courts, and ice skating. Special fees apply for renters. Ask about packages when calling. Local cross-country skiing is complementary. Close to Woodstock, Vt. and Hanover, NH. We do not accept rentals for longer than 2 weeks. We can rent our home for 3 days up to 2 weeks.
