A light and airy 1 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of an 1870s home. The apartment has been fully renovated (Aug 2018) and is within walking distance of Main St., East Aurora. Come visit this quaint listing in Toy Town, USA. Guests should be aware that the apartment is on the second floor. The entrance is around back, and they will have to climb a full flight of stairs. Indoor stairway. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, full sized fridge, new gas range, microwave, electric fry pan, and toaster oven. Feel free to make use of the kitchen, dishes plus utensils provided. There is a window unit air conditioner in the Kitchen. WiFi and Netflix access are provided. Information can be found within the guest booklet in the apartment. Flat screen TV is located in living space. Bathroom has a standing shower. And a claw foot tub. Off-street parking is provided behind the house. Please park closest to the stairs Guests have access to a small yard behind the house. A small grill can be provided upon request. Feel free to say hi if I am sitting on the front porch! You are welcome to enjoy the front porch anytime. There are 3 white rocking chairs and a few bird feeders to watch the local birds. In summer there is also a double hammock in the shade garden. Apartment is located in a residential area just off a main road connecting to Main St., East Aurora. Please be respectful of neighbors. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to two of my favourite coffee shops (Elm Street Bakery, and Taste). Most places to eat and shop are within that walk. East Aurora is a wonderful town to enjoy a drive around, but I suggest riding a bicycle or walking if able. Bicycles are available upon request. The apartment is located within a 10 minute walk of Main St. There is a brewery less than a mile down the road (42 North), and the best wings in Western New York can be found just on the other side of town (29 min walk, 10 minute bike ride. Bar Bill Tavern). Washer and dryer available on first floor upon request.
