Historic Navesink/Atlantic Highlands/Sandy Hook

My home is covid free and I have been fully fast vaccinated. The space is shared with me, as I also reside here and I rent two rooms . You have access to basically the entire home. This is an older comfortable home.The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, the second is a full-size bed. A very safe and quiet neighborhood close to parks and area beaches. Located close to the Seastreak ferry and train stations. Continental breakfast included. This is a sharedspace, as I also reside here. I have two rooms available to rent. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. The main bathroom is shared, I also have a half bath. I allow dogs, but no cats. There is an extra one time fee for dogs. This is an older quaint comfortable home with two bedrooms for airbnb. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, the second is a full bed. There an extra cost per person for over 2 people. Full HDTV service including streaming and sports channels such as NFL Network and Red Zone. You can enjoy a nice fire pit in the evening. When you arrive at the house please park in front of the house on the street as there is plenty of room for street parking and it is a shared driveway with my neighbor. Feel free to load and unload in the driveway. Thank you Guests have access to my entire home except for my office and the basement. I have a full-size working kitchen that guests are welcome to use. I also have a nice size backyard with table and umbrella as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Many people find it just easy to relax while at my home. Each room has its own TV with streaming access. I will be staying at my home while you are here. I have received my covid vaccinations. I do sometimes work part-time during the day and often you may be at the home on your own. But I am always available if you need me. I will usually interact with my guest as much as they want. Some guests want quiet and very little interaction, and some guests like to talk and we get to share stories. This is very quiet and safe neighborhood. In fact, it is seen as one of the safest neighborhoods in the state of New Jersey. it's very quiet in the evenings and it's also a very nice place to walk around and ride a bike. It's considered an historic district which gives a lot of character. there is a local Bistro on the Corner less than a quarter of a mile away. there are also other shops and pizzeria and liquor store within walking distance as well as one of the best seafood restaurants in the area It's very helpful to have your own car within this area. We do not have the best bus service, however we do have Lyft and Uber Services as well as Taxi. I will also provide transportation for my guests when possible. It is nice for riding a bike and walking. With advanced notice I can provide transportation to local airports as well as to the ferry and bus stations included with your stay. I have a Cadillac as well as a truck which comes in handy for transporting bikes. I do work as a Lyft Driver as well. A beach parking pass for Sandy Hook is included with your stay.
