Quiet, Clean Couples Retreat

Welcome to Memphis! Unwind in this beautiful Cordova home with lots of privacy for vacationers and business travelers. Located minutes from Shelby Farms park where you can enjoy various activities and the pleasant outdoors. Convenient access to I-40, and 20 minutes from Downtown Memphis. *No LOCAL residents* Option 1: Main floor bedroom features a queen size bed and is located adjacent to a private full-bath. Option 2: Upstairs includes a bonus room with a hotel inspired living space that has a comfy sofa bed and half bath. Guest may shower in the private guest bathroom on the first floor. Option 3: Utilizing both option 1 and 2 for an additional $15/a day per guest. Shared spaces: Office space for those traveling on business, livingroom, kitchen/dining room. Parking is available in the driveway. The master suite is my private area and is off limits. The rest of the house is shared. I encourage each guest to feel free to become comfortable and make him/herself at home. Guest can reach me anytime please feel free to call or text. *COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our communities. I am monitoring the situation very closely, and would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. I have increased the cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is very necessary for the safety of all guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. The total guest(s) on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside at any given time.
