A note about the cleaning fee. This fee is not only for the cleaning of a very well kept five bedroom house, but also outdoor dining and lounging spaces, cleaning of the hot tub (which is regularly emptied), supply of firewood, removal of what has been copious amounts of trash and cleaning of the boats.
