Conveniently located near Alpharetta, Cumming, Suwanee, and Johns Creek. The Bungalow Next Door is a short drive to the Collection at Forsyth (8 minutes) and the Avalon (12 minutes) outdoor shopping area. And a quick (4 minute) drive to Kroger, Publix, Walmart or Target! Enjoy a quick Starbucks or try the First Redeemer Coffee Lodge directly across the street. The Lodge is a great environment to meet clients or local friends. The Bungalow is located near many top notch golf courses as well as other recreational areas. Forsyth County is home to several beautiful parks and playgrounds. Fowler park (13 minutes) provides miles of walking trails, running track, several playgrounds and a recreation center. Follow the sidewalk 1.2 miles to the Caney Creek Preserves and enjoy the walking trails, playground or outdoor eating areas. The Ameris Bank Amphitheater (formally Verizon) is 10 miles away - a short drive or easy Uber trip. Whether you are staying for business, to visit family, attend a concert or wedding; the Bungalow has everything to make you feel home away from home! (NOTE: Drive times are estimates and do not take into account heavy traffic times.) All furnishings are top of the line from great brands like Macy's, Havertys, IKEA, Wayfair and more. The pillow top mattresses and luxury bed linens are so comfortable you will love it! The fully stocked kitchen provides all the all the basic supplies you will need to prepare meals while at the Bungalow Next Door. The Bungalow Next Door is available for a maximum of 6 guests. We do not rent or allow for parties (including prom), large gatherings or events. Check-in is at 4pm on the date of your arrival. Check-out is at 11am on the date of your departure. Use the VRBO/HomeAway platform to contact Leigh Milner, Your Concierge, to request an earlier check-in or later departure. Depending on the house availability, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. PARKING is available for four automobiles. Please contact Leigh Milner , Your Concierge, if you require additional parking spaces. Parking is not allowed on the lawn or landscaping. All stays longer than 30 days require approval.
