In town close to the water

This is a really good location close to the grocery store, basketball court, tennis court and lots more. It is a great neighbourhood and we are a five minute walk to the beach and marina. There is a laundry mat just down the street each room has a tv and there is wifi. I work most of the day so I will only be around in the evening their is a gym down the street. We have a covered Varanda so you can sit outside rain or shine there is lots of parking space. Wood furnace for heat.
