The apartment has large windows and great natural light. The is an electric fireplace for cozy winter nights. It is a basement apartment below our home. There are Kayaks and a grill for guest use. Please note, this is a basement apartment under our living area during the day you may hear our day-to-day activities above. There is a bedroom with two queen-sized beds and ample storage for clothes. The apartment is in the basement. You will have an access code and your own separate entrance and parking. We are readily available if anything arises, but will let you have your privacy if we are not needed. The lake is a beautiful all sports Lake Lapeer with great fishing and swimming. We are located on a canal so there is not the traffic of the main lake. Close to Lapeer very close to M-24 there are many restaurants and stores up and down M-24. A state park is just down the road. Great location for anyone visiting family in the area. It is close to many amenities, but there is not much within walking distance a car is recommended. Be sure to check the weekly and monthly rates as rates drop considerably the longer you stay.
