Our comfortable home is located 5 minutes off I-90 and 25 minutes west of Bozeman Yellowstone Int'l Airport We are close to downtown Three Forks, parks, school, and rodeo grounds. It is a great place to relax and regroup on your journey. Ask us about earlier check in Friday-Sunday.` We love sharing our knowledge about sites and activities in the area. Pets compatible with our 2 cats and 2 dogs welcome. The listing is located on the top floor of our home. It is accessed by entering our front door and walking through our downstairs living space and then heading up a wide stairway that has a handrail. Photographs are in the listing. Guests will be given an access code to enter the front door throughout their stay if needed. This listing includes up to all three of our guest bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and private bathroom. Base price includes 2 person occupancy in one bedroom with a queen bed, with access to all amenities on the upper floor to yourselves. If you have 2 people in your group and you want 2 bedrooms please ask and we will give you a price. Additionally, we may be able to accommodate extra guests in the family room for an extra charge per person, please inquire prior to booking. Guests may relax in our large common area which is a living room/kitchenette combination and includes: a Smart TV, Blue ray DVD player and DVD's and large library with adult and children's books. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, convection oven, coffee maker, hot water pot and complimentary coffee/tea. We have plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans. We have 2 friendly cats who may greet you upon arrival. Guests have access to the entire top floor of our home including our family room, kitchenette and a full bathroom. Our home is large enough for privacy, if you would like to relax alone, or you are welcome to visit with us in the space downstairs. Guests may also enjoy our front yard with swing, chairs and fire pit. If you have dogs, they are welcome to run and play with our dogs in our backyard. We love interacting with people and chatting about the area. However, i f that is not your thing, that's fine also. We are available to help with anything you need during your stay. We are located close to the school, for those visiting town for graduation, weddings or sporting events. We are walking distance to downtown, the rodeo grounds and the school. There is a park behind our house with playground equipment and a tennis court We are walking distance from most places in Three Forks. There is a paved trail that loops around three ponds about a half mile from our house which is a nice, relaxing way to enjoy nature and get a little exercise. Three Forks is a small town with a population of less than 2,000 people. There are a few restaurants, bars and a grocery store but not a lot of shopping. However, the larger town of Bozeman (population 46,000) is located about 30 miles east if you would like a bigger town experience. Three Forks is located 90 miles north of Yellowstone National Park and 30 miles West of Bozeman. We are close to hiking, fishing, mountain biking, rock/ice climbing and can provide more details if needed.
