Convenient to Adirondacks, Vermont, Saratoga and Albany. Nature lovers paradise. Small hypoallergenic Maltese dogs live on the property. Guests have the upstairs of a center hall colonial overlooking the stream to the west and Hudson River to the east. Guests may use the kitchen , outside deck. The bath is adjacent to the room but it is not shared. The upstairs guest living room includes coffee. There is a separate Airbnb living room not shared with the owner. There is also a yoga/reading room or meditation space. Shared spaces include a full dining, living room , acres of wild land and landscaped land. I live downstairs with my small dogs and am available in person and by text, phone or email. 25 minutes to Albany and Saratoga and 35 minutes to VT. You can bike along the Hudson River. Bikes are not provided. Grubhub, DoorDash , and Instacart also delivers. The property includes 3 historic homes on 20 acres with much of it left wild. The back deck overlooks the stream.
