Hale Maluhia is a 3 bedroom home that truly feels much over 3,800 sq ft of living area (large for Hawaii standards), plus 2 additional sleeper sofas and 2 Pune'es (Hawaiian Day beds) throughout the home, extra guests can be comfortably accommodated here for an additional fee. The two separate kitchen and dining areas, one on each level, and three separate living areas (2 with flat screen TV), make the home ideal for multi-generational family vacations, or even a couples trip. The large layout creates inviting nooks great for privacy when traveling with other couples or large families. Make your morning coffee or enjoy an ocean view breakfast before joining your travel-mates for the day. The large grassy beachfront yard is ideal for lounging by the sea; hangout in the hammock, have a picnic on the dining table, or enjoy your evening cocktails on the beach-deck. The gorgeous and often empty beach out front is family and kid-friendly, as the shoreline is protected by a large reef. Snorkel, surf, play and swim right outside your back door any time of year. We do provide extra beach gear for your enjoyment, US Divers snorkel sets, boogies boards, beach chairs, and beach towels are here for your use. Bedroom Layout: The large master suite is located upstairs, overlooking the ocean, with King Bed, large master bath, walk-in closet, vanity, flat screen TV, foyer entry with seating, and its own private lanai with seating. An additional queen guest bedroom is also upstairs, with flat screen TV, large closet, and an additional Punee, perfect for the couple traveling with small children. Full bath in hall. The third guest bedroom is located on the first floor, with a queen bed with en suite bath and flat screen TV. This beautiful area known as Mokuleia has an outer-island feel, but sits just two miles from the quaint shopping and dining of Haleiwa town, surf capitol of the world.
