This listing accommodates two adults. Pool and outdoor areas are shared with three other apartments. This is an adults-only property and no visits are allowed. ***We are currently building new villas across from the property. Forgive us for some noise during some mornings. Apartment: First floor spacious studio apartment in property with private entrance, pillow-top Queen mattress & linens, modern & tropical decor, WiFi, smart TV, high-efficiency air conditioning unit, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, complementary pods & dining essential utensils. Outdoors: Panoramic views from infinity pool, lounge & gazebo areas for Ocaso Luxury Villa guests. Outdoor cascade shower & bathroom are a plus. This apartment is part of a villa consisting of four apartments. Common areas such as the pool, mirador and gazebo are shared with Ocaso Luxury Villa guests. Guests have full access to common areas. One(1) parking spot per apartment located inside gate and extra outside in a designated area if needed. Complimentary ice maker below stairs is available for guests use. No visits are allowed under any circumstance. We give guests their privacy but we make ourselves available if needed. Quiet & private area but close enough to the beach (20 minute car ride) & 10 minute ride to downtown Rincón. There is parking available for guests. One per apartment inside and extra outside.
