You can alternate between beach or relax next to the pool or enjoying the deck watching the sunset Amazing place! This spot is amazing, the view, the garden, the ocean breeze, the pool, the beach (familiar and quiet), the space inside the apartment is great! Guests have access to the garden, pool, deck, barbecue, exit to the beach, laundry. Ana the property Manager is available to help you during the day for any question or advise you need Ocean park is a quiet and small neighborhood between The two touristic zones in San Juan, Condado and Islaverde. We have some restaurants and supermarket walking distances but we suggest rent a car or use Uber to access to some amazing places like, The Rain Forest, Culebra Island, Toro Verde Ziplining, Camuy Coves, Arecibo Observatory, Barceloneta Outles Old San Juan is just 10 minutes by Uber and is amazing place to go at night , morning, afternoon Plenty of restaurants,magic!!! Rent a car is a good option buy use Uber service is excellent idea too. Guests will have a remote control to access to this gated street Guests can park in the street, is safe but they can not use house ‘s parkings which are designed for property owner family. Quiet hours in the common areas are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. No parties please. Guests that are not registered will not be permitted in the compound. This apartment is part of the tiny complex with 3 more units that has long term tenants but each one with independent entrance This made the place quiet for the reason the usually work all day. This unit is the only one reserved for my guests.
