It can accommodate up to 10 guests. It’s a unique solution with wide living areas, open on the flat garden, and large swimming pool. The villa is placed in a small residential complex, and enjoys an exceptional view of the lake. It is arranged on two main floors plus basement. The ground floor has a large living room with windows facing the lake and openings on the porch and garden, a comfortable kitchen very well-appointed, a guest bathroom. From this floor porch and garden are immediately accessible. A beautiful marble staircase leads to the second floor where there are 4 bedrooms including 2 en-suites and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace, where you can enjoy the full view of the lake. Coming down from the living area, the beautiful marble staircase opens onto the party salon with nice windows overlooking the lake. At this floor there is a house-kepeer bedroom with bathroom, laundry room, and a wine cellar with exposed rock. Outside equipment rooms and storage for garden tools. The english garden is totally flat and perfectly enjoyable, divided into areas organized for the barbecue, dining and relaxing. The pool is located at a slightly lower level than the garden and has a very large sunbathing area. Guests have access to the entire house with the use of the two private garages. All utilities are included. The host won't be on spot but available 24h via phone and (Hidden by Airbnb) . Faggeto Lario is a very quiet and green village. The hills behind it have small historical centers well known for the ancient noble buildings architecture and some of them are enrolled in the FAI heritage. The famous fashion designer Miuccia Prada has a house in one of these ancient center. The villa is located in a strategic position as it is located 7km from Como and 20km from Bellagio. From our villa you can see the other side of the lake, as well as the fantastic villa of George Clooney! The bus stop that can take you to Como or Bellagio is 2 mt far from the property. The number of the bus that takes you in both directions is C30. The facility is equipped with a self check-in and smart access system called Keesy. Thanks to this service you can check-in online comfortably from home and use the Keesy app to access the facility! You need just a smartphone with Bluetooth technology to install the Keesy app and come and go as you please!
