Sweet house in town.

Charming farmhouse near the beaches and wineries. Easy walk to town and the Jitney stop. 10-15 min drive to the beaches, 20 min to the wineries.. Located on a quiet street w/ large yard. The hamlet of East Quogue boats a wine store, sushi restaurant, butcher, massage parlor! and a couple of low-key bars and restaurants. There's a decadent outdoor shower and a wood-burning fireplace. Although we've updated this house from 1860, we wanted to preserve the charm. It has beautiful light throughout the day and frequently an off shore breeze blowing through the windows during the summer. The house does have central AC, a recently renovated kitchen, turbo WiFi, Nest thermostats, 42" Samsung Smart TV w/ Amazon Prime & Netflix. Nine beds upstairs which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. During the summer season, beach access requires $30 parking passes which can be easily purchased at two nearby town beaches along Dune Rd. Healthy, low-toxic environment. The linens are cleaned with Seventh Generation brand laundry detergent without perfume and the household cleaning products are non-toxic products as much as possible. Organic fertilizers and weed control are used on the lawn. We only accept guests with reviews. Sorry but no dogs. Thanks for looking!
