Both are great for entertaining, and allow for plenty of privacy and making yourself at home. Huge kitchen with plenty of preparation and entertaining space. Stairs are required to the front door from the street. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor. Guest access The entire home is available for use. There's a cleaners nook behind the upstairs bedroom, but you won't notice it unless you're looking for it. Other things to note Street parking only, no fence in backyard. In-town home offers all the luxuries of being in the city, but occasionally you'll get some sounds of sirens and traffic Strict quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. The house has noise monitors to alert the host when dB levels raise above acceptable levels. Please be mindful of the neighbors and treat the house and neighborhood with respect.
