Cozy Haven: A Lakeside Cottage Near Acadia

Cozy Haven is a new year round cottage built in 2020. It is one of 3 Havens situated among evergreens just 100 feet from the shore. Enjoy cooking fresh Maine lobster and blueberry pie in a full kitchen, or grill in the open air on a gas grill. Experience the sun setting over the pond while listening to loons call. The cottages are 7/10s of a mile from Route 1 on the way to Bar Harbor or Acadia National Park. Cozy Haven is a lakeside cottage from which to discover the wonders of coastal Maine. The living room is the perfect place to sit and relax after a day of adventure in Acadia or kayaking right on the pond, while you watch your favorite program on a 55" 4K flat screen with Sling TV. Listening to the loon calls from the dock or from the screened gazebo on the porch gives a sense of tranquility any time of day; especially while watching the sun set over the pond. Rest comfortably upstairs on a king sized bed in the master bedroom or a double/twin bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, or a queen sized sofa bed downstairs in the family room that can be curtained off. There is a full bath with shower located upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Water comes from a fresh water drilled well that is also filtered, so reliance on lake water is unnecessary. Guests for our 3Havens have shared private access to the dock and swim platform. Each unit has its own fire pit area and free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe (a waiver of liability must be signed for usage). Because of the cold season here in Maine, the dock goes in the lake the 2-3rd week of May and is removed the 1st week of November. While Cozy Haven has 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen and sleeps up to 7, Rocky Haven is a home away from home with washer/dryer and dishwasher and sleeps up to 8. Toddy Haven is brand new and is furnished with a full kitchen, 1 full bath, and sleeps up to 5. You can find each of them on Airbnb. No pets are allowed on our properties due to family members with severe asthma issues. No exceptions.
