Villa Dom Brisa is a beautiful newly renovated 4 bd, 4 ba, 2 kitchen home located ONLY a 4 minute walk to the #1 beach! The properties are connected by a common breeze way. Well appointed rooms have 2 master's with King beds (sleeps 4) with en-suites. 2 Guest bedrooms with 4 XL twins (sleeps 4) Jack and Jill ba and 2 separate living rooms with 2 Queen size sofa sleepers (sleeps 2). All new mattresses. Sleeps a total of 10. Private pool. Bikes beach chairs beach towels beach cart provided. The owner’s went over and beyond with the remodel of Villa Dom Brisa. New wall mounted TV's in each room. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting space to enjoy while on vacation. With its own brand new private heated pool with a sun shelf and sitting bench. Pool heater is set at 84 degrees from November 15th to April 15th, temperature is not guaranteed during cool weather. Pool may take a few days to recover to 84 degrees after cold nights. Villa Dom Brisa sleeps 10. Provided with this property; 4 bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart . Private assigned parking for up to 4 vehicles. *Pet friendly for ONE dog under 25 lbs. An additional non refundable pet cleaning fee of $150.00. MUST contact owner/agent for approval. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET UNLESS YOU HAVE APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER/AGENT! *Please Note: Reservations that are 21 nights or longer will require an interim clean every 2 weeks at $125.00 per property. The lush, tropical landscaping is lit at night creating special effects and with private porches and outdoor seating are available for relaxing and dining El fresco. For guests convenience we have a private washer and dryer. Also a propane BBQ grill for the griller in your group. This property does NOT allow parties/celebrations of any nature; bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, birthday, etc. NO boats, boat trailers or RV's allowed on property. Also, no glassware in or on the pool deck. We provide plasticware for the pool area. Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise [loud speaker] or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners/Guests. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination and Guests shall be required to immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 9:00 PM and pool area/ outdoor noise should always be kept to a minimum. *Early check in's are not an option nor are late check outs.*
