You will have a variety of first-rate amenities, including a total of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and TVs with basic channels. Both have living areas and full kitchens, as well as a shared barn outback with fishing equipment, gas grill, and a kiddie pool! There is also a front porch to sit and relax with your favorite drink with the whole group and the family dog. What's nearby: This home is located in downtown Rockport, where you will be within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and activities. Things to know: The gas grill, the washer/dryer, and the back barn are shared with the front half of the duplex Free WiFi Full kitchen (without a dishwasher) Two 25-lb. dogs Must be 25 to rent If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. Parking notes: For Unit A: Please park on the street (there is no driveway and no garage). For Unit B: Grass is okay because of no garage, street parking only. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
