Casa La Loma: breezes, views and beaches.

Casa La Loma is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the west of Puerto Rico. It's our family home, and now we want to share it. Enjoy a warm sunset view or walk to the beach. Our home is perfect for families and friends. It has a master room with a king bed and air conditioner unit, with a private master bathroom. Two additional full sized bed bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom. It is includes a full equipped kitchen, a comfy and windy living room with TV and record player. You will enjoy a full family house: Master bedroom with private bathroom and a king bed and air conditioner. A bedroom with two full beds, and another bedroom with just one full bed. Both with ceiling fans. A fully functional kitchen with stool dining area, plus a dining room where six can sit together. Our living room is a comfort space. It has a fluffy sofa, a daybed, TV, Bluetooth speakers, record player, and a nice breeze. You can hang in a hammock from our rear balcony. Exactly where the sun sets everyday. One of our favorite spots is the front balcony. Our family used to expend hours talking, drinking beers, and playing games. Guests are provided a local "emergency contact" for any problems at the place. Otherwise, guests are fully independent. We are located in a zone known as "Loma de Pitusa". Our area is perfectly located between the beach and the town. You can access the beach strip where you can enjoy bars, restaurants, açai bowls spots, rustic pizza food-truck and many others, all of the looking to the beach. At the town you can find bakeries, pharmacies, stores and many others local businesses at you convenience . We are next to Rincón, just a 15 minute car ride. Driving is the best way to explore all the places at the west side of this awesome island. We provide a parking at our home. HOUSE RULES For your enjoyment and the tranquility of our community we invite you to follow the following rules. 1. Our house has another apartment below the main property. Please be considerate of our neighbors and maintain an appropriate volume and respect our “quiet hours” (10 pm to 7 am). You can enjoy the music of your choice at an appropriate volume that does not disturb the tranquility of our neighbors. 2. When leaving the property, please turn off the air conditioning and any other unused electronic units. 3. For your safety, close doors and windows when leaving the property. 4. We have a water tap right at the entrance of the parking lot that you can use to clean the sand from your feet before going up to the house. 5. Events are not allowed on the property with unregistered guests. 6. Please do not smoke in the interior area of the house. You can do this practice on the balcony, terrace and garden of the house. 7. We know that accidents often happen, if you break an item of property, please keep us informed. 8. If you lose the keys to the property, you will have to pay a stipend of $ 25.00 for their replacement. 9. Please pick up trash, clean, and keep kitchen items in order. 10. Do not flush paper or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash provided.
