Lovely apartment located across from Park Boulevard beach in San Juan. It is centrally located, just a short 10 minute drive from the airport as well as to Old San Juan. The beach is right in front of the apartment and it is ideal for kite surfing, windsurfing or just lounging while enjoying the beautiful turquoise waters. The apt. has an open kitchen connected to the dining room and living room area. The decor has coastal accents making it a really cozy place. Every room has its' own a/c unit yet if one opens the windows there is a wonderful ocean breeze. The apt. is located behind the main house (also available for rental) and has a gated parking space. The neighborhood is centrally located in the San Juan area. It is waking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. A car is recommended if guests want to visit the island. There is parking inside the property. When parking inside please make sure to leave enough space to open the gate for pedestrian access. UBER service is also available. There is a bus stop near by.
