Casa Balsa was conceived by a French architect mixing modern & tropical style. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms for total independence and privacy. It is perfectly suitable for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house's highlight is the large terrace and the swimming pool offering an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and the Tarcoles River. Private house The house is located 5 minutes from the famous Tarcoles River and the Carara National Park: The Tarcoles river has the highest concentration of crocodiles in Costa Rica. It is possible to take a mangrove tour on a boat and observe the crocodiles from (very) close! Thrills guaranteed! Carara National Park marks the transition between the Amazon and the Mesoamerican ecosystems (humid and dry climatic zones) and is home to 420 different bird species including the famous Red Parrots. It is one of the best places for birdwatching in Costa Rica! A car is recommended to get around the area. Private and secure parking spot on the property. Bus stop is 1km away.
