Each room has air conditioning and a fan. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom with a double sink. Wifi is available throughout the unit. A washer and dryer is also available. The condominium has an infinity pool which overlooks the ocean, as well as a smaller pool towards the front entrance of the condo. A spacious, beach-house themed space featuring island life decor. Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, and coffee machine. The unit has a balcony with outdoor seating which overlooks the ocean. A 150 gallon reserve water tank is installed inside the unit, and will automatically turn on if there is ever a temporary local water shortage. The condo is located just minutes away from many bars, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Crash Boat Beach is the closest (3 minutes by car) and has a beach bar, Cocoloba with Puerto Rican food and drinks. Supermarket "Supermercados Selectos" is located 5 minutes down the road as well as Walgreens and other convenience stores. A shopping mall is located about 3 miles away. Renting a car is recommended.
