Central London Zone 1 accommodation is expensive on all fronts, but just outside of the main Zone 1 Financial District is fashionable Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Bow in Zone 2. My apartment offers spacious, warm and comfortable rooms with security locks, situated in East London E3 5PQ. Sheets and bedding are provided with fresh clean towels and complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water at hand. FREE strong immediate access unlimited WIFI connection plus multi channel TV for any leisure time, in your room. The apartment is very close to local shops, supermarkets, coffee bars and restaurants, and exclusively positioned next to London's beautiful Victoria Park. – Victoria Park is ideal for jogging, relaxing walks or simply tea, coffee, or lunch at the Victoria Pavilion. There is access to a fridge and the kitchen may be used for breakfast between 7am -10am THERE IS NO COOKING But a microwave is available to warm ready meals and snacks during the evenings between 5-8pm. Bow is also at the very centre of London's Trendy East End, and is famous for its traditional pubs, unique cafes, restaurants and street markets. Brick Lane, known for it’s famous Indian cuisine, Truman’s Brewery Arts Spaces and Shoreditch's arty cafes and nightlife, are just a short bus hop away. Columbia Road Flower Market is also very popular with visitors to the area every Sunday. There is always something to see and do around locally. BUSES & TUBES : Other parts of London can be accessed easily from Mile End Tube Station (Zone 2) the best connected tube station in London and only a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. SHOREDITCH & WEST END OXFORD STREET: Take the number 8 bus which stops right outside my apartment to Brick Lane Shoreditch and Liverpool Street in just under 10/15 minutes. The bus then continues into Holborn and Oxford Street (west end) taking less than 45 minutes. London's NEWEST stylish Westfield Shopping & Dining Centre is a must for all visitors to the UK and is simply a 15 minute ride away by taking the 339 bus, again from close by my apartment. If you need The London School of Economics - the number 8 bus from outside my apartment stops close to the Holborn building a journey which takes approximately 30 /40 minutes. The Kings College Strand Campus is then just a further 5 minute walk from Holborn. The Queen Mary University is just a short 15 minute walk from my apartment. AIRPORTS & TRAVEL : From Gatwick Airport take the Gatwick Express into London Victoria (30min) then the District Line Tube to Mile End Station (40min).
