Central AC Fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, all appliances and dinette area. Living room w fireplace, dining room. House equipped w Sonos sound system. Covered back porch and front porch. Amenities incl gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella, a brand new double kayak to explore the islands, use of our private association beach and Famous Bayley Beach w live music on sundays !
