1930's cottage with many of the old fixtures and details preserved.Central air and heat with queen sized beds in each room.Cafe tables in front and rear sunrooms with loads of windows with charm galore.All the amenities you would ever need and a washer/dryer on the premises for my weekly guests.Located in the heart of the Catskills in proximity to all the attractions.Belleayre Mountain skiing,Woodstock,Historic Kingston,Stone Ridge,Rosendale with it's festivals and funky Phoenicia.Walking distance to the Ashokan Reservoir but you will want to take your bike for the dam tour.Loads of hiking trails,waterfalls,fishing spots,swimming holes,rail trails,tubing and foraging areas nearby.Beautiful panorama on just about every drive you take. Restaurants,supermarkets,watering holes all within 15 minutes drive but once you return to your country home it's back to the sleepy village.Property has a garage if needed,plenty of space in the sunrooms for your extra stuff and a gazebo out back.There's parking for 2 cars and there is even a handicap access ramp in the front.No cleaning fee with a "leave it as you found it policy".During covid there is a nominal $30 inspection/wipedown charge to meet the agency's enhanced cleaning requirement.Please take your trash and recycle with you upon departure
