The Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Modell Lyric Performing Arts Center are both close by. You can find independent films at The Charles and the Parkway Theatre in nearby Station North Arts District. In July, Baltimore’s Artscape festival borders the neighborhood and is a beloved event in the city. Street parking is normally very easily available in front of the building, unless there is a large event such as Artscape. An assigned parking spot maybe available 2 blocks away. The apartment itself is a quiet and private one bedroom on the third floor, located in a secure brownstone with just three other apartments in the building.
