This is our Modern Minimalist Japanese Apartment. Located in a centric part of downtown Mayagüez, minutes from the plaza and restaurants. This is unit #1.2 of the 19 apartments in 3 different buildings. Enjoy the experience of staying at Orange B Living! IMPORTANT: For Saturday check-in's please contact me. The apartment is in a private building that has 7 units just for Short Term Rental. We provide assigned private parking which is well illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind. This unit is a one-bedroom apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for two guests. We provide a comfortable full-size (also known as double) memory foam bed (medium hardness). Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable. The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, TV with comfortable chairs. The apartment is located on the ground floor and shares two steps stairs with the other apartments in the building. It is close to the assigned parking space. The apartment is located on the first floor and you need to climb two steps. We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, water, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway). If you need to use our Laundry, we provide coin base machines (6 quarters per load) plus we charge an extra small fee of $3 for detergents. The schedule is from 6 pm until 10 am. You will love what we have prepared for you at our Hotel-style Airbnb. From the first interaction to the seamless check-in process, all the way to our excellent customer service. We work hard to make sure you have an extraordinary experience. Vive at Orange B Living! IMPORTANT! Check-in is strictly after 4 pm and Check-out is at 11 am. You may request a different schedule as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out. Thank you for understanding. Walking distance to the best urban restaurant strip in the area and Plaza Colon You will also find pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access from different streets. We are mainly surrounded by other apartments and businesses. If you are looking to experience the best spots of Mayagüez you will enjoy your stay at this unique location for Orange B Living. The best way to get around is by car. We offer free secure parking on the premises. SATURDAY CHECK-INS: For check-in on Saturdays you must reserve more than 3 nights, and contact me beforehand. FRIDAY CHECK-INS: We do not work on Sabbath, that is Friday sunset until Saturday sunset.
