Transient Place with Pool in Orion Bataan

The place is a two-storey guesthouse wherein the kitchen is on the first floor and the rooms are on the second floor. The rooms are fully airconditioned. Each room can fit up to 5 people. The base price is P3,500 plus P500 per pax exceeding 3 pax (including access to swimmint pool). Kids are NOT free. The place is walking distance from the marketplace and from a famous pizza place in town. The Pool The pool is 4 feet deep and is filled with unchlorinated water. The water is guaranteed fresh every time there is a new visitor to use the pool area. Kitchen A gas stove is available for use for P100 for the first 2 days of your stay and additional P50 for the succeeding days. We also have kitchen utensils for use free of charge. Dining Areas Aside from the regular, dining area you can enjoy having your lunch or dinner by our garden. Banana leaves are also available in the neigborhood if you want a boodle fight on a banana leaf. The transient place we are renting out is just a few steps from our house. Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our place is surrounded by mahogany trees and a mango tree giving the area some fresh air to breathe. The marketplace is about 500 meters away from our house. There is also a famous pizza place that is just 300 meters away. The access road for a jeepney ride going to different towns is just 100 meters away. Towels ARE NOT PROVIDED for hygienic purposes. Kindly bring your own towels.
