The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, TV with Roku streaming and walk-in closet. The Florida Room has a 50" TV with Roku streaming, leather reclining sofa and a full size pull-out sleeper sofa.. The living room has a pool table. The swimming pool is salt chlorinated and slightly warmed by solar panels. The pool does NOT have a pool heater. The house is very well equipped including linens, towels, soaps, hair dryer, kitchenware, coffee maker, paper products and a gas grill. High speed internet and Wi-Fi. The TV's all have streaming, Netflix & YouTubeTV with network channels and more. Washer and dryer. Garage and plenty of parking. Newer central heat and air. Ceiling fans throughout. Two bikes, coolers and fishing gear. The neighborhood has a convenience store and there are all types of shopping nearby. Convenient location to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
