Suitable for self-isolation. My apartment has a gorgeous 180 view of the Han river right from the kitchen table. Full kitchen.Huge balcony to have coffee in the morning. Bedroom has two single beds that can be separated or pushed together for a king size bed. Rooftop access. Xiao Mi air filter, 42 inch TV with Android/Apple entertainment for your convenience. I have looked at the location of all the other apartments in this area, and you simply will not have as good a view as you can get from this apartment. Some of them may have rooftop views, but my view is from the comfort of the apartment itself. Considering this, and the overall size, this is a bargain for what the other places are charging, and what they are actually offering. the entire apartment; generous sized bedroom, and combined kitchen and living room, bathroom and huge balcony. I'm definitely in the neighborhood from September to December. As a long time resident of the area, I'm usually able to help with any requests. An amazing coffee shop/bar just a few steps from the apartment, where they play classic vinyl records (technically it's a vinyl bar). Down the street are a dozen little artist-run boutiques, bars and cafes, in addition to some very nice Asian food places (Pakistani, Malaysian, and general Middle eastern), and not too far from that is the nightlife district (far enough away that you won't hear it, but still five minutes walking) with tons of bars and a few good restaurants. Itaewon station is the closest station, but I highly recommend taking the route via the Mosque, as it is long and gradual, otherwise you might be looking at steep steps to get to the view that you'll enjoy from the living room/ balcony. There is parking but please ask me about the details, as with most Korean parking, it is complicated and in a state of constant flux. To avoid misunderstandings it is best if we discuss the parking situation before you arrive.
