Lovely and sunny penthouse facing Ipanema beach! Quiet, spacious, breezy 2br/2bath, one block from the beach with direct ocean and mountain views from terrace. Perfect for couples/families. Steps from the best restaurants, bars, markets and shops of the city. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your very own terrace while hearing the waves crashing from the surf spot located right in front. Go to Monday’s farmer's market, a block away. Internet 500M. Doorman 24h. Safest neighboorhood in Rio. Metro. Ocean view from most of the rooms without the noise of traffic. Open private terrace where you can eat, chill, take a shower and tan - facing the ocean. Breezy living room when you open the 2 doors leading to the balconies (I never use the AC.. only in the bedrooms on hot nights) Open kitchen, easy for socialising and 3min walk to the beach, 5min walk to the water. The emptiest stretch of the Ipanema-leblon beach is right in front of home! 3min to metro Jardim de Alah 1min to Supermarket (Zona Sul/Frutaria/Fontes), Bakery (Nema), Ice cream/Acai/Fruit Juice, 20 Restaurants, International Cinema, Botecos (bars) One flight of stairs after taking the elevator- only 3 apartments in our corridor. Doorman 24h. Plugs with USB * July-August 2020: free closed parking in the garage with surveillance& elevator: you will have to leave your key with the doorman as they move cars around.
