CVS is across the street for any of your needs. 3 blocks away from a large grocery store (Ralphs) 6 blocks away from the nearest metro, making it easy to get to Santa Monica beach, Universal studios and Pasadena without having to drive. 6 blocks away from the 7th and metro station. From here you can get to almost anywhere in the City without worrying about parking. 2 blocks away from express bus to Venice Beach and Long Beach. Also, you can use Uber, Lyft or even the electric scooters to get around. During the current situation, a lot of the clothing shops are closed. There is a convenience store and a CVS that are available on the block. No marijuana or cigarette smoking allowed. It smell sticks to the apartment and makes it very difficult to rent out the next day. Also, neighbours can smell and a fine will be levied. Please note that this is a residential building and not a hotel. Please, strictly no business activity allowed inside the building or unit (music video, paint/art selling, business meetings etc.)
