There is a living room, kitchen, lavatory and a small balcony on the first floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. Very safe and calm neighbourhood. There are many restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops (yummy!!) and cafes (Starbucks is 5-10 min walk). Really easy access and about 20 min drive from Ave. Paulista. You can also spend a day in Ibirapuera Park - my favourite in town :) There is a bus stop two blocks away. There are also many cabs in the area and you can do lots of things by walking. Although there are black out curtains on the top window (where the bedroom is), the place does not get 100% dark because some of the light from the living room (downstairs) comes in. The neighbourhood is a plane route. Much as you hear planes every now and then, the airport shuts down by 10pm, so you can have a nice sleep.
