This property is located in the Santa Teresita neighborhood, 2 blocks away from Ocean Park Beach, and right in the middle of San Juan's touristic zone. The original house was built in the 1940's in a quaint "Spanish Revival" style. We remodeled it ground up, leaving some of its original character and adding a "Modern" feel to it. The spaces are full of simple stylish details that will enhance your visiting experience and will help you enjoy the Tropical beauty of our island. With 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 bunk full/twin bed, 1 doble bed) 3 full bathrooms (2 private), an spacious living room, 1 big kitchen and 2 kitchennete. One private pool, terrace, bbq, sundeck and laundry. Also you will enjoy a High Speed Wifi with fiber optic technology. Since the house is located in a semi gated community with only local traffice, you will always find a parking space in front of the house. The house have been remodeled and was divided into three separate main spaces. We can provide you with a concierge contact that will add entertainment to your schedule plans. I will be attending and guiding your staying. 2 blocks away from the beach this independent space will be a charming house in semi gated community with oly local traffic. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is why we ask our guest to refrain from playing any loud music. During the day you will be able to walk to local grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. Because of its centralized location, close to Old San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde, we recommend using Uber as your main transportation. THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED PROPERTY - PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED LOUD MUSIC AND OR NOISES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS AND ADDITIONAL GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guests are not allowed to use any type of illegal drugs in the property. We recommend to use the pool during the following hours; from 12pm - 6pm. All Bathers Must Shower Before Entering Pool. People who appear to be afflicted with cuts, skin disease, communicable diseases, colds, fever, infection or other physical ailments are prohibited from entering the water. No spitting or bodily fluids in pool. Bottles, glass and other hazardous objects are prohibited within the pool area or bathroom facilities. All children in the pool area must have adult supervision. No diving is permitted into the pool. No running. No rough play is permitted in the pool area. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from entering the pool. Consumption of food, beverages, and tobacco products in the swimming pool is forbidden. The pool should not be use during any severe or dangerous weather conditions.
