It's just a convenient short drive from Great View to the Ritz-Carlton Club and Hotel down the road and walking distance to several nearby beaches. And it is just a few minutes drive to Red Hook for shopping, restaurants, watersports and day sails or to catch a ferry to St. John and Tortola. Greatview is situated in a neighborhood very close by to beaches and resorts as well as the town of Redhook just minutes away with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, marina, water sports and day sails as well as grocery stores. Best to rent a car, but taxi's are readily available as are the public safari buses running all day and evening. Approximately 25 minutes to airport and minutes to Redhook ferry terminal to go to St. John or fast ferry to Tortolla. This comfortable villa situated all on one level has a high-ceilinged great room with two walls of glass sliders bringing the island's tropical splendor right inside. The house recently renovated has Italian travertine stone throughout with all newly renovated baths and kitchen. On one end of the great room is a large kitchen and a powder room, with adjoining large den/bedroom fully air conditioned with a convenient home office with WiFi. The den/office partitions off with tracked shutters for your privacy On the other side of the great room are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The king master bedroom suite (with bath and laundry room) leads to the second and third bedroom suites (one queen bedroom and the other a twin which converts to a king) both with private full baths. All three bedrooms open to the beautiful pool and sun deck just outside. Off the kitchen is a fourth bedroom with a half bath and outside shower making it convenient for guests. If you enjoy beach hopping, take a 20 minute ferry ride over to the USVI's beautiful St. John island. St. John offers some of the best beaches and snorkeling in the world. St. John is also a favorite restaurant and bar destination. If you like to fish, the North Drop off of St. Thomas is a favorite.
