Stables is located in a plum position with the sandy beaches of Cornwall, the cosmopolitan harbour of Padstow and market town of Wadebridge all within easy access Stables Cottage is a superb barn conversion set in rural North Cornwall. This beautiful rural spot nestled in the Ruthern Valley is less than 10 miles away from the stunning north coast of Cornwall and a short drive from Bodmin Moor. There are plenty of walks meandering through the Cornish countryside, or with stunning views from the coastal footpaths of glistening, sandy beaches & coves tucked in against dramatic cliffs ravaged by the Atlantic rollers. This delightful single level, stone barn conversion offers a spacious living area with lots of added luxaries. There is a separate galley style, fully fitted kitchen and the superbly decorated bedroom has an en suite bath room, with a 'Japanese style' deep soaking bath tub- hand crafted here in Cornwall! Set within a small courtyard of cottages, the accomodation is as follows: Ground floor: Enters into open plan lounge / dining room. Doorway leads to a fully fitted kitchen area and from the other side of the lounge there is a set of double doors leading to 1 double bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Exterior: courtyard at front with exterior furniture and BBQ facilities. The garden area is fully enclosed when the entrance gate is closed so excellent for children and pets alike. Parking in designated bays. Facilities & Services Heating is via electric radiators. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer in the properties laundry room. The lounge area has a smart TV. There is free superfast WiFi at the property. There is an iron, ironing board, cot and high chair. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and thick white towels are all included. Up to 2 dogs may stay at Stables Cottage, although please remember that you cannot leave dogs unattended in the cottage alone without prior consultation. Regrettably no smoking is allowed in the property. Babes in arms will be accepted. Guests can enjoy the whole cottage and outside area! Guests will be met on arrival where possible. Parking is right next to the property! Guests will need a car as the cottage is set in the rural countryside without any transport links!
