We are a tropical and Island environment, our surroundings are shared with farm or domestic animals. We have installed a white noise machine in the master bedroom, in case you needed. Our apartment is fully equipped and furnished, we have 6 beds (1Queen-sleeps 2; 2 twin beds-sleeps 1 each bed; 1twin bunk beds-sleeps 2-sleeps 1 each bed and 1 air queen mattress-sleeps 2-upon request). The rooms of the apartment are prepared according to registered guests. The unused room is kept locked. Our prices included up to 5 visitors, an additional fee may apply for 6 up to 8 guests per night. Despite this, our prices are low. It also includes sheets, covers, friezes, and pillows. The kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, paper towel, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots and table, salt, adobo, olive oil, vegetal oil. The bathroom has a hot water shower, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, first aid kit and soap. We have beach towels and two portable beach chairs. The parking is private and is arranged in front of our facilities. We have available one parking per apartment that accommodate one car. We have additional space in front of our building for a minimum cost of $10 per car/per week for constructions vehicles and $5 per car/per sty/per week for family cars. All responsibility for the physical and public integrity of the use of the apartment will be at the expense of the guest who reserves. I am about 35 minutes from the best beaches in Western Puerto Rico. I am about three to four minutes from highway number 2 which is the one that connects us with the rest of the Island. If you wish, we can reserve a tour guide to show you the history and architecture of the City of Mayaguez. This at no additional cost. At least it must be booked two weeks before and we have guides in Spanish and English. Ask for this, because of the COVID 19 check if it is open. In order for you to move freely, you need a car. In Mayaguez, we have Uber and Taxi service if you prefer. GPS are good tools to reach your destination. Downtown you can rent a scooter and move around downtown to explore in a fun and unique way in Puerto Rico. Mayaguez is the first town that has this scooter service for everyone to enjoy (do to Covid restriction, this activity is now closed). If you decide to travel with your pet, you must notify it, and a minimum charge of $15 per stay will be charged and you are responsible for the behavior and cleanliness of the area during your stay. We will be arranging how to pay this fee due to lack of options in Airbnb. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The rooms will be prepared according to the number of visitors we have.
