Private 2-Story Carriage House in Historic Milford

Our renovated Carriage House is perfect for privacy seekers, families, and business travelers who enjoy more space, amenities and a quiet place to stay. Pets are welcome too! A short walk away from our historic Main Street district, business travelers should note that we're only 4 miles from FC Cincinnati's Training Facility and Tata Consulting Services. We're located just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and 28 minutes from the ATP Tennis Tournament facility. 2-story carriage house renovated in 2019. First floor is open floor plan with dining table, kitchen (stovetop but no oven), pots/pans, plates/bowls/utensils, music/book library, and bath/shower. Second floor is an open floor plan with 1 Queen bed, 1 pull-out sofa which sleeps 2, office area with high-speed WiFi, and living area with streaming network and premium TV channels. You have private, exclusive access to the entire Carriage House. You may also use our backyard and garden, as well as our laundry facility inside of our house (basement). We may, very occasionally, need to enter the storage area in the Carriage House to retrieve needed items. But we will try to alert you in advance whenever possible. Pets are more than welcome. I will need to know ahead of time their ages and sizes. Please do not allow them on the furniture. They must be crated or contained anytime the guests are not in the carriage house. We live and work from our 1890 historic home (on the same property). So we're always available unless we're at a business meeting. However, we provide you with our mobile numbers upon booking. And we receive Airbnb messages automatically on our mobile phones. Historic Civil War- to Victorian-era homes in a quiet, friendly, mature tree-lined neighborhood in which neighbors watch out for each other. You're within walking distance of historic downtown Milford with unique gift and antique shops, fantastic restaurants and bars, and independent coffee/book stores. We're known also for our natural resources, including being located along the banks of the historic Little Miami River (kayak with us if you have time!) and being the only location in the country at the epicenter of 7 national bike/hiking/walking trails. If walking doesn't work for you, we have a bus line about 3 blocks away, and we get quick Uber, Lyft and taxi services here. The staircase may not be suitable for infants or toddlers. We will try to provide a baby gate but you should be prepared to bring one with you if you're uncomfortable with this situation. Pets are more than welcome.
