There is no obstruction of ocean view from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. The living room and master bedroom have full wall glass :- panoramic view of ocean for the beholder of your eyes. When the living room sliding doors fully open to deck, the living room is extended to deck and deck became part of the living room. Master bedroom walk out to balcony facing directly to the turquoise water. See the unbeatable view, feel the gentle breeze and hear the sound of the waves crushing, all your senses are heightened, life is beautiful.. The whole house is fully renovated top down for modern comfort and luxury, beautiful furnishing throughout. Modern kitchen with large island that sits 6 people; a yoga/workout area with large wall mirror; couples' "Kinky shower "in master bath :). Great shower pressure and hot water. It also comes with full size washer and dyer in unit, very rare in Aruba. Total 3 bedrooms. Two 2 large bedrooms with high vault ceilings, the loft functions as a third bedroom. The loft entrance is through the 2nd bedroom , so the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are not completely private when the loft is in use. The first floor is living room , kitchen , yoga/work area and deck The second floor are master bedroom and 2nd bedroom each with its balcony The 3rd floor is the loft ( enter from 2nd bedroom) Mobile laptop desk cart can be used standing up or sitting down. One cooler on wheels Beach umbrella Yoga mats, yoga blocks, workout weights, Abs workout wheel. board games The place is private, away from the touristy area , yet not far at all: you are 10 minutes drive from airport, 15 minutes from downtown , 15 minutes to baby beach and 20 minutes from eagle beach. We highly recommend guests to get a rental car so you can explore the island various beach and snorkeling sites. Bring water shoes and snorkeling gears. They are must have in order to fully enjoy your experience here : Aruba is more than just the white sandy beaches , it has various different type of beaches , like black stone , Malmok and Boca Catalina, many snorkeling sites and national park that having water-shoes will be a life saver! Recommend to bring water proof speaker. Please note electricity is super expensive on the island, $20/day electric bill is included in the rent. Extra consumption will be billed back to the guests . one reserved parking spot out side the Chalet unit 4. Key pad entry. If you have second car, you can park it by contractor parking outside the gate, or notify me and I will see if you can use other unit parking if they have no guest check in. Famous snorkeling site Mangel Halto is only 3 minutes drive, 15 min walk from the Chalet. 10 min drive from airport and 15 min to baby beach and 20 min to eagle beach. Walk to Zeeover and Flying fish bone. There is a nice smoothie stand near by. Great local food here, such as La Grania chicken , the best Pastechis at Tia Rosa. S chow and winter garden grocery stores are near by. We highly recommend guest to rent a car from the airport to best enjoy and explore the island. It is a row of 6 units chalet. My unit is #4 . Right next to the beach Chalet, there are three multi million dollar beach mansions owned by celebrities .Though by law all the beaches in Aruba are public, this one feels like your own private beach since this area it secluded and away from main tourist area.
