The home's main level consists of a bright living and dining area, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors allowing a panoramic view of the bay. Cook dinner in a modern, fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and oven, electric kettle, and all the cookware necessary to create a gourmet meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, bottled water, Nespresso capsules, sugar). The living area is equipped with cable TV, Netflix, sound system, and optic fiber Wi-Fi designed to make your stay one you will never forget. The home's lower level consists of two bedrooms with sea views and a third bedroom that looks onto the garden. All three rooms have their own ensuite bathroom, king-size beds, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning. The house is composed of three levels, 144m2 each across 550 m2 of land. Other amenities include an outside parking area and a fourth bathroom, which serves as a laundry room. The easiest way to reach the villa is by car. It's a 5min drive away from the closest beach (Cala Olivera), a 7min drive from Talamanca beach, a 15min drive from Ibiza town, and a 28 min drive from the airport. Note to families: Both sets of stairs are fairly steep. There is no baby/toddler/child-proofing in the house, so please proceed with caution if you elect to bring the little ones.
