This is a newly constructed modern home located on the beach with direct private access. Modern style, two story property. Open living/social area downstairs and 2 large bedrooms, each with private bathrooms upstairs. All new furniture and appliances. Open concept kitchen, granite countertops, custom cabinets and shelving. Plenty of storage space, hot water, AC, internet, and security system. Attached 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Maid and/or laundry service upon request. Right on the Pacific Ocean!! Open the great windows to feel the most amazing breeze!!! All new furniture, appliances, over all new construction. Every inch of the house is accessible but 2 cabinets where personal belongings are store. The host will make sure to let you know which ones. I take calls and messages any time of the day.
