Wonderful modern house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, up to 6 +1 guest as an extra, close to talamanca Beach and to Pacha Club as well, 5 minutes drive to Jesus town and less than 10 minutes to Ibiza main port. Private pool (not chlorine), BBQ (charcoal), garden with Balinese bench, all safety measures have been taken to guarantee you a great stay in the island. The layout of the house is: - First master bedroom, with double comfy mattress en suite with jacuzzi in your private bathroom plus walking closet. - Second double bedroom. - Third double bedroom with 2 twins beds. - Bathroom to share. Living and dining area for 6 in an open space, with a huge robust couch where even you can take a nap. The house is provided with a security system, (alarm and bars in every glass door's frame and cameras for surveillance). Outdoor you will enjoy: Private swimming pool, in front of a very special Balinese bench, where to join with friends or with your family, surrounded with a natural garden. In this same space you also have an outdoor dining table to enjoy your special meals, with BBQ ( charcoal type), also with laundry room with washer machine and tumble dry as well. You as my guest will have access to the entire place and exterior areas, where there are so many space where to chill and relax taking a soft drink. As services, the house has provided: Security alarm system. Exterior cameras. Safety lock. Bars and lock on glass doors and more. 24 hours of surveillance to the exterior areas. Myself or someone from my staff will be always in touch with you as my guest. This property is situated in less than five minutes driving to the center of Jesus also, you can drive just 5 minutes to talamanca beach or cala llonga as well. To go to the city town you will drive less than 10 minutes until the main port. Around to your place you will find, bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, ATM, supermarkets as well. I will always recommend to all my guest to hire a car to move easily around the island. IMPORTANT NOTE: - Dear guest, please note you should pay upon arrival in cash the compulsory local tax, (eco fee), based in 2,20€ per person each night, however, your local host will let you know how much will be the amount to be paid. - Parties are absolutely forbidden, also they're cause of automatic cancellation.
