Ideal location to be close to the popular venues and to relax at the same time. Can Bàn is in the upper floor of the typical Ibizan building. It features 2 double bedrooms with seaview, 1 bathroom, full equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace. The house has air conditioning and heating, washing machine, free wifi, living room area with flat tv and radio, kitchen with microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and more. The bathroom include bathtub, hairdryer, shaving mirror and ecological amenities. 100% cotton bath towels and bed linen are provided, as well as beach basket with towels. Council Tourist Tax will applied upon checkin (2,20 € per person per night) Direct access to the garden and the the little beach in front I will receive the guest myself and be available during their full stay via telephone. Construction work is currently taking place nearby during normal working hours. The noise cannot be heard inside the house.
