A HIDDEN JEWEL: VILLA LAS PALMAS

Villa Las Palmas is located 5 minutes walking distance from the ocean, five minutes walking distance from a secluded beach or five minutes driving distance from the town's public beach. The Villa comes with a swimming pool and nice flower gardens. The pool is private, for the exclusive use of the group that rents the Villa. Because of the COVID-19 people that are not part of the group that reserved the Villa are NOT allowed access to the Villa. Important Please read other things to note. The Villa is located on a dead-end street close to walking and bicycle trails. The Villa has been recently remodeled new appliances in the kitchen, granite counter-tops, large terrace and a swimming pool with a full bathroom in the garden. Each bedroom has a led tv. There is WiFi on the entire property. In the family room, there is a 60 inches smart TV with access to Netflix Pandora, etc. But, you must use your own NETFLIX account, and please logout from the NETFLIX account before leaving the property. The terrace has also a smart tv with the same features as the one in the family room. Both are for the use of guests. Close to the Villa, there are drug stores, golf courses, supermarkets, movie theaters, bars, and tops restaurants. The only 6 stars hotel in the Caribbean, The Dorado Beach, part of the Ritz Carlton properties, is located only five minutes by car from the Villa The property has three bedrooms. There is a three-day minimum stay requirement. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests will have access to the entire property but, the third level of the Villa. The third level is the owner's private suite, which is used ONLY when the Villa is not rented. The pool is private for the exclusive use of the guest renting the Villa. Because of COVID-19, ONLY guests that are part of the group that rented the Villa are allowed on the property. I am available for help. Villa Las Palmas is located on the north coast of Puerto Rico, next to the Cerro Gordo National Park just, 40 minutes driving distance from the capital, San Juan. One of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico is only 5 minutes away. There are several bars (chinchorros) close by where you can meet the locals. Also, there are two sports bars just 5 minutes away. The Villa is located 40 minutes driving distance from the Luis Munoz Marin International airport. There is no public transportation close to the Villa. It is necessary to rent a car to move around. However, Uber services the area where the Villa is located. You are about 20 minutes from one of the main highways that connect the neighborhood to San Juan and the northwest towns where you can visit many beautiful beaches and other tourist attractions such as the Cuevas de Camuy. The Government of Puerto Rico requests that If you are coming from outside Puerto Rico, you will need a negative molecular COVID-19 test done 72 hours before your flight time. If you are not sure you can get the test done on time, I would like to suggest that you do not make the reservation as you might not be able to cancel your reservation without a penalty. The cleaning fee is $90/stay. Longer stays might require a higher cleaning fee. The Villa is part of a four townhouse residential complex. As such, the Villa shares a wall with the next-door property. Please keep the noise level reasonable, especially the music, that neighbors are not bothered.
